News Bites – Friday the 20th of May
– Gran Turismo has a release date. That’s right the well loved rev-head franchise is back for its first outing on the PS4. Titled Gran Turismo: Sport the game will be hitting stores on the 16th of November and will come in various collectors editions ranging in price from $200 to the standard release at $100 rrp (though it will probably be cheaper that that). While you are waiting for the release you can check out the first gameplay trailer below.
– Publisher Deep Silver have stepped into the ring and will be publishing the latest entry in SNK’s cult fighting franchise King of the Fighters. The 15th entry in the long-running series will be released on the PS4 on the 26th of August and promises 50 selectable fighters and enhanced online modes. Fighting fans should be pretty excited about this one.
– Not long to wait now Warhammer fans. Total War: Warhammer is coming out next week (the 24th to be exact) and SEGA have released a new trailer to celebrate. Check it out below and make sure you keep your eye out for Glen’s review coming soon.
– Omnibus is not only a strange game, but it has one of the most amazing/crazy collectors editions available. Announced today, for the measly sum of $7500 you can get a copy of the game and a bus. That’s right an honest to goodness bus. The bus was actually used to motion capture so there only one of these collectors editions available. I will be interesting to see if anyone takes the developers up on this offer. To find out exactly what the game involves check out the crazy trailer below.
