Bethesda Asks You to Leave the Vault in Fallout 76
After a day of teasing the world with a Twitch stream featuring the now famous Fallout “please stand by” logo, Bethesda has opened the curtains to the newest title in the franchise. Fallout 76 has been unveiled to the world with a teaser trailer that shows us quite a bit, but not that much at the same time.
The fact that Vault 76 is in much better condition than how we usually find these vaults indicates one of two things. The first that all the Mr Handy robots are actually still working in the vault or that this game is set much early in the Fallout timeline than we are used to. The trailer alludes to the fact that it is Vault 76’s responsibility to head out into the wastes and rebuild, but we all know that each vault has some more nefarious purpose behind its seemingly life-saving facade.

What type of game this will be we don’t know, though there are some rumours kicking around that it is going to be some sort of survival game ala Rust and Conan Exiles. Whatever it ends up being (I am still hoping for an isometric revival) we won’t actually know for sure until the Bethesda conference at this year’s E3.
