Armello Conquers Version 2.0
Everyone’s favourite Aussie developed, computer-based board game, Armello has just dropped a big old content patch bringing the game to Version 2.0. The team at League of Geeks have been refining and improving the game for years but this marks the biggest set of upgrades to the core game since launch.
Version 2.0 includes a greatly-improved multiplayer experience through the much-requested Multiplayer Reconnect feature, allowing players to rejoin matches in progress, and an intelligent Party Menu making it easier to set up online matches. There is also a new Hero Mastery system which allows players to upgrade and improve characters, some sexy new 3D animations and a spanking new menu interface.
What is even better news is that the update is available on PC right now, with console versions getting updated in the near future. To celebrate, the base game is currently 75% off right now, coming in at a super attractive $5 with the all singing, all dancing collectors edition at $30. Honestly, this game is such a unique experience it should be in everyone’s collection and it is a fabulous title for playing on a TV through a Steam link or some such device.
So check out the new trailer below and get ready to take on the corrupted Lion King while backstabbing your mates. Who could ask for more right?
