The Player 2 Charity Marathon Major Prize
In exciting news for our annual charity marathon, we are pleased to announce that we have secured a major prize for the event. Our Editor has fought off the bots, bashed away the crowds and come out triumphant in securing an Xbox Series X for the first prize. That’s right, the ultra-hard to get, sold out until 2021 all-signing, all-dancing new console from Microsoft. That’s not all, thanks to Xbox Australia we will be including 12 months of Microsoft GamePass Ultimate with the prize. That is 12 months of over 200 games on both PC and Xbox, along with Xbox Live Gold.
How do you win? Easy. Simply donate. Every $5 you donate gets you in the draw to win this massive prize. So if you donate $20, that gets you four entries! We will be drawing the major prize winner one week after the big event and contacting winners using the email address they used when donating.
But even if you don’t win the Series X we will have dozens of prizes up for grabs. New games, collector’s editions and merch and will be posting the list in full as soon as we have finalised it. But know this, any and all donations from now until one week after the event will be in the running.
For those that don’t know. All donations are going to the Terry Campese Foundation, a foundation that provides support for disadvantaged members of the community, funds breaking-the-cycle initiatives and helps with emergency housing in the Queanbeyan/Southern NSW area. Last year the Charity Marathon raised $4200+ which allowed us to purchase 3 X GAEM Vanguard Systems and 3 X Gaming consoles for both Queanbeyan District Hospital and Braidwood Hospital, two facilities in desperate need of entertainment for their younger patients.
So what are you waiting for, donate away and don’t forget to join us on Twitch on the 21st of November for 24 hours of gaming fun, giveaways and competitions, all in the name of supporting a good cause.
*Entries open to residents of Australia only. The Xbox Series X Console was purchase by Player 2 for the purposes of this prize.
