PAX AUS Indie Showcase Winners Announced for 2021

PAX AUS Indie Showcase Winners Announced for 2021

Much to my deep, deep regret (but for good reason), PAX AUS has once again been forced to shift to an online model for 2021. The team, better for the run, are ready this year to make it the best online event they possibly can with the return of PAX AUS favourites like Panels, PAX Rising and loads of game demos and trailers all making the jump into the online space.

One of the biggest parts of PAX AUS for the team at Player 2 every year is the PAX AUS Indie Showcase and we are pumped to know it is making a return, even if it is online only. The winners of the PAX AUS Indie Showcase have been announced and there are some absolute potential gems on the list that everyone should check out. So without any further ado, here are the winners.

Vault of the Void from Spider Nest Games (QLD)

A Township Tale from Alta (NSW)

Innchanted by Dragon Bear Studios (VIC)

Mars First Logistics by Ian MacLarty (VIC)

CONSCRIPT by Jordan Mochi (VIC)

Blueberry, by Mellow Games (QLD)

Also for the first time, there are four Boardgame/Tabletop Indie titles that have made the list.

DRiFT by James Allen (NSW)

Letter Drop by Cutlass Boardgames (NSW)

Kingless by Two19 (TAS)

Floating Floors by Guf Studios (VIC)

A massive congrats goes out to all the winners from the Player 2 team and we can’t wait to check out these titles and many, many more when PAX AUS Online kicks off at 11 am on Friday the 8th of October. Make sure you head to the PAX AUS website for the full schedule of what is happening so you don’t miss any of the cool things going on.
