Conan Chop Chop To Slice Up March
What started as an April Fools joke three years ago is only 3 short weeks away from becoming reality. That’s right, Conan Chop Chop is launching on March 1. For those that don’t know, Conan Chop Chop is a co-op rogue-lite where gamers take control of Conan and his cohorts and slay the wicked and evil with reckless abandon. Oh, did I mention? The in-game characters are all stick figures? Think Gauntlet crossed with Cyanide and Happiness and you will have a good idea of what to expect. What is even cooler is, the game has been developed by Australian studio Mighty Kingdom.
In a recent PR release, Kimbo Forrest, Creative Lead at Mighty Kingdom had this to say: “Conan is a barbarian who has been forged in the flames of battle; his grit and determination, his blood, sweat and tears have made him the formidable warrior we all love, and our blood, sweat and tears have given you this: a Conan adventure unlike any the world has witnessed before. An experience not just for the veteran fans, but one to draw in and delight new audiences.”
One thing is for sure, this will not be like any other Conan game out there. You can try the game for yourself when Mighty Kingdown release a free demo on both Steam and the Switch on the 21st of Feb or you can wait to play the full game for the low price of $15 on Steam or $20 on consoles when the game releases on March the first.
