PAX AUS Announces 2025 Exhibitors
PAX Aus has announced the major exhibitors appearing at this years show, with many familiar faces returning and some exciting events to look forward to, whether you have a single day badge or are geared up for the full three days.
Nintendo kick things off from the hardware/publisher side, very much looking to capitalise on the recent release of the Switch 2. Pokemon fans can get a week’s head-start going hands-on with Pokémon Legends: Z-A – Nintendo Switch 2 Edition, before getting an even earlier look at November’s big first party Switch 2 title, Kirby Air Riders.
Nintendo aren’t done there though, with both Hyrule Warriors: Age of Imprisonment and freakin’ Metroid Prime 4: Beyond – Nintendo Switch 2 Edition showcasing demos, Metroid going so far as to highlight the Switch 2 Joycon Mouse controls. Making a stunning return just 6 years after its PAX AUS 2019 debut, Hollow Knight: Silksong performs a victory lap on the show floor, flanked by Hades II and more third-party titles.
Xbox will bring their ‘THIS IS AN XBOX’ campaign to Melbourne, the green juggernaut continuing to emphasise that almost any device can be an Xbox. PAX AUS attendees can be some of the first Australians to try the ROG Xbox Ally and ROG Xbox Ally X, get hands-on with NINJA GAIDEN 4 and explore a booth built for discovery. From secret finds to perfect photo ops, this is where the PAX energy hits max level.
Devolver Digital and Massive Monster have been a cult favourite in previous years and 2025 will be no different. Fanas can check out Woolhaven, the upcoming Cult of the Lamb DLC, score CotL merch and even take some photos with the Lamb itself.
Bethesda have been bringing memorable experiences to PAX AUS for years now, 2025 bringing the Vault-Tec cafeteria and Red Rocket diner putting punters right into the wasteland, with less rad poisoning and more prizes and photo ops. ESO Online Game Director Rich Lambert will be appearing on a live storytelling panel, while an Aftershock/DOOM: The Dark Ages collab will appear at the Aftershock PC booth. Pinheads will also be excited to know theres an exclusive Fallout 76 pin up for grabs, so don’t forget to stop by!
Gearbox are out in support of Borderlands 4, going behind the scenes of its development and upcoming content for the recently released blockbuster. Not to be outdone by Bethesda, Moxxi’s Bar will on-site to provide Borderlands themed drinks and some exciting giveaways.
Asmodee (formerly VR Distribution) are making their grand debut at PAX AUS 2025 with a host of events and product for almost anybody in attendance. Tieing in with the release of Catan Sixth Edition earlier this year, Director of Brand Development Kevin Hovdestad will be present at the show to help celebrate 30 years of Catan in the hobby. Make sure to head to the booth for a chance to win fabulous Catan prizes and even challenge Catan champion Elliott Yap to a game by booking your slot on Aftergame.
Fans of a galaxy far, far away can immerse themselves in Star Wars: Unlimited with demos of the latest release, Set 5: Legends of the Force. And for all those that come to play, they will be able to collect an exclusive Darth Tyranus promo card (whilst stocks last) and there will be a very special collector’s edition exclusive promo box available (limited to just 500 units) featuring six unique droid card variants in an R2-D2-themed case. Asmodee are going all out with a huge amount of titles and IP’s showing up to celebrate their first ever PAX AUS. “This is more than a booth, it’s a celebration of play,” said David Nye from asmodee. “From global blockbusters to indie gems, there really is something for everyone who likes to play and we couldn’t think of a better place to celebrate our official arrival in Australia than PAX AUS.”
Ubisoft will Celebrate the 10th anniversary of Rainbow Six Siege at PAX AUS with live esports, featuring the best teams from across the Asia Pacific League and a spot at the Munich Major on the line. There’s also a creator showmatch and a fireside chat from Game Director Joshua Mills. It wouldn’t be PAX AUS without Just Dance, the latest release showing the best Just Dancers Melbourne has to offer.
Aftershock is bringing the hype to PAX Australia with live-streaming for the Starlight Foundation, Broxh’s live carving and performances by Marshall Hamburger. Fans can jump into daily influencer 1v1s, catch new product launches from Clevergear and SteelSeries and check out jaw-dropping Ultralabs and custom PC builds. The booth also features Flight Sim activations, a claw machine with fresh prizes, exclusive merch, daily giveaways and on-site PC purchases with pickup from the showroom.
The fact is, PAX AUS is absolutely jam-paxed with things to do in 2025 – eBay, Red Bull, AEL, CODE, Blackmagic Design, Blue Mouth Interactive, Keychron, CentreCom, Clever Gear, Mastex, MSI, PowerA, Sony InZone, Thermaltake and Turtle Beach – all are on site to ensure whatever your reasons for visiting PAX AUS 2025, you won’t be short on things to do and see!
PAX Australia 2025 takes place across the 10th-12th October at the Melbourne Convention & Exhibition Centre. Badges can still be purchased, however 3 Day and Saturday Badges are sold out, with only Friday and Sunday Badges still available, so get in quick!
