For anyone looking for recommendations on places to start, I’m still happily working my way through the demos of upcoming titles, but I have found early favourites in ‘A Week in the Life of Asocial Giraffe’ and ‘inKONBINI’! I also can’t miss the chance to give a special shoutout to one of the featured full releases, 1000xRESIST, which got my award for ‘Biggest Surprise’ last year.

Alongside that whopping great list of games, you can watch a whole heap of panels featuring developers and prominent industry officials across the next few days – including fireside chats, retrospectives, and deep dives into themes like grief or comedy.
Don’t miss the chance to check out these titles while the demos are live, and if you like any of them, it really helps the develops out if you add them to your wishlist to show Steam that you’re keen! I for one will be aiming to check out every single one of the games on this list, and plan to be yelling about them to whoever will listen in the coming days.
