Recover Ancients with new Pokemon GO Pass
Starting on Monday, June 23, at 10:00 a.m. and running until Sunday, June 29, at 6:00 p.m. local time, the Ancients Recovered Event will take place in Pokémon GO, with a free GO Pass and paid GO Pass Deluxe available.
A ‘GO Pass’ is a free, limited-time progression track available during a specified period. By collecting GO Points, you can increase your rank to earn rewards. Pokémon GO Trainers worldwide will automatically receive GO Pass: Ancients Recovered at no cost at launch.
Between Monday and Friday, players can earn up to 1,000 GO Points per day outside of completing Pass Tasks. Across Saturday and Sunday, June 28 to 29, GO Points have no earning limit. Players looking for upgraded rewards and powerful event bonuses can upgrade their free GO Pass to GO Pass Deluxe: Ancients Recovered for $19.99USD.
The following rewards can be unlocked by completing Pass Tasks and ranking up the GO Pass:
- Random encounter with a Regirock, Regice, Registeel, Regieleki, or Regidrago that has a Special Background!
- Encounters with dapper Pikachu with red, blue, or yellow accents and other event-themed Pokémon!
- Stardust
- XP
- Poké Balls
- Candy
- And even more goodies!
Trainers who upgrade to the GO Pass Deluxe can also earn the following rewards.
- A Gold Bottle Cap, which can be used to max any Pokémon’s stats!
- Zacian Mask avatar item
- Zamazenta Mask avatar item
- Premium items, such as Incense, a Lucky Egg, an Incubator, Lure Modules, and more!
- Candy XL
- And even more goodies!
While progressing through the GO Pass Deluxe, players will be able to claim all of the rewards from both the GO Pass Deluxe and free GO Pass. It’s also possible to upgrade to a GO Pass Deluxe at any time and still collect rewards from previously unlocked ranks.
Rewards unlocked in GO Pass: Ancients Recovered will expire on Sunday, June 29, at 11:59 p.m. local time, so players need to make sure they’ve claimed all unlocks before this time.
