Hot Sauce of Oblivion – Recipe 3 – Nacho Pizza
It is time once again to check out another of our winner’s recipes. This one is from a good pal of P2, Buddy Watson.
Buddy’s pizza is actually a cracker and quite the tasty combination of Mexican and Italian, even though I am sure it will upset purists from both cultures. The Hot Sauce of Oblivion adds a nice zing to the end result and honestly, the pizza is improved by the heat.
We once again have a bottle of the Hot Sauce of Oblivion to give away with this video. Simply use the form below the recipe to tell us where Mehrunes Dagon was hiding in the video and you will go into the draw.
Buddy Watson’s Nacho Pizza
Indgredients
- Pizza Base (Bakers Delight ones are perfect)
- 1 Jar of Nacho Topping base
- 1 bag of Pizza Cheese
- 1 bag of corn chips
- 250gms Pulled Pork
- 1 Porterhouse Steak (or any nice “steak” cut of beef)+
- Chopped Corriander
- Hot Sauce of Oblivion
- Guacamole (to see the recipe for Hewso’s guac click here:)
Method
Salt and pepper the steak thoroughly and trim the excess fat. Slice the steak against the grain in thin slices.
Grab the Pizza base and using a spoon, cover the base in the Nacho Topping.
Place a layer of cheese on the base
Add the other ingredients to the pizza, finishing up with a sprinkle of cheese, coriander and crushed corn chips.
Place pizza in the oven until cheese is melted and slightly browning. Once cooked place a nice swirl of the Guac over the pizza and then sprinkle the Hot Sauce of Oblivion. Serve with Cervesa!
