Listener, be warned! This here is a spoiler cast! With 2025 now having comfortably entered its latter half, we’re looking back at a real frontrunner for GOTY from the earlier end of the year: Clair Obscur: Expedition 33. With several months having now passed since its release, we figured that it was now safe enough to have a full-throated, in-depth conversation about the entire game.
Who is we, exactly? Well, in this case, the usual suspects Tim and Matt show up, but they’re joined by our original reviewer (and absolute fanatic) of the game, in the form of Jenn Christodoulou. They do keep the first half of things mostly tame and safe enough for all but the hyper-sensitive to spoilers, but as for the other half of the (tonally dissonant) music break? Well, you’ve been warned.
