Total Warhammer
Since the THQ collapse a couple of years ago there has been rumours of a Total War: Warhammer game coming. Well now it has been confirmed. The game will be set in the original Warhammer universe and not the more common (to video games at least) Warhammer 40 000 timeline so expect fantasy warfare and a serious lack of space marines.
The game looks to be the perfect blend of the two franchises with the deep strategic gameplay of the Total War series translating to a fantastical world well. There is no release date at this stage but the game has been confirmed to be the first of three Warhammer strategy titles so the space marines may get their chance to shine in the future.
In the mean time check out the announcement trailer below, it is sure to get fans excited. Total War: Warhammer is coming to PC at some point in the near(ish) future.
