You can’t keep a good Nazi killer down
In news that is sure to excite fans of last years excellent Wolfenstein reboot, Bethesda has announced that they are creating a stand alone prequel called Wolfenstein: The Old Blood. The title will see everyone’s favourite Nazi hunter, B J Blazkowicz take on a two part mission that will cover events leading up to The New Order. The first part of the story will even see B J return to his old stomping ground Castle Wolfenstein so it should be a blast for fans of the franchise.
“Diving back into the world of Wolfenstein has really been fun for us,” said producer Jerk Gustafsson. “We’ve enjoyed exploring the events leading up to The New Order. We think fans will really enjoy the story, all the action and, of course, jumping back into the combat with new weapons.”
Wolfenstein: The Old Blood will be available to download on PC, Xbox One and PS4 on the 5th of May and will come with a very attractive $20 USD price point. Unlike The New Order however, it seems that this new adventure will be skipping the 360 and PS3.
