No Man’s Sky gets launch date
After teasing gamers for years Hello Games has finally put a release date on the much anticipated No Man’s Sky. The game will be launching on both PC and PS4 on the 22nd of June both physically and digitally. Perhaps the biggest surprise is the price point which is the same as a normal Triple A title and not at an indie price range like many expected. Personally I have not problem at all with this especially considering the potential the game offers for almost endless exploration.
For those that have perhaps been asleep for a couple of years No Man’s Sky is an ambitious project that will see players journey from the farthest depths of space to answer the call of an irresistible mystery at the centre of the galaxy. Plot your course through a living, breathing universe on an unprecedented scale and discover new worlds from a possible 18,446,744,073,709,551,616 unique planets. Uncover new species, gather precious resources and forever mark your celestial realms on the galactic map for other cosmonauts to visit.
I for one can’t wait to get my hands on this game and I am sure I am not in the minority. June 22 can’t come soon enough.
