We must say, after predicting that it would happen just after recording, it was very nice of Sony to offer up a State of Play just beforehand instead. This was always going to be the PlayStation episode, following on from out XBox and Switch ones, so having something direct and on hand to talk about was somewhat appreciated. We say somewhat because, well… it becomes apparent in this episode that Sony’s first offering for the year left us feeling a little underwhelmed.
And just who is ‘us’ this time around? We have our first cast of the three stalwarts (Hewso, Ken and Tim) for the year that is 2023! Fortunately, at least two of them have been playing games; and one of them is even what you might call a new release!
